Scholarship Opportunity

We will be announcing our scholarship for prospective genetic counselors soon! The TNGCA prospective genetic counseling student scholarship supports individuals in their quest to become a genetic counselor.

Requirements:

• You must be a current or past resident of the state of TN or currently attending school in TN.

• This scholarship is for individuals applying for acceptance to a program that starts in 2026. 

• The application closes on October 31st, 2025. 

In this application we invite you to answer the following question: How would this scholarship help in your quest to become a genetic counselor and what excites you about genetic counseling? (500 max word limit).
